No labels or tags, bright blue material with slight sheen to it, not thick but has a bit of structure to it

Short puff sleeves with lace trim; foldover mockneck collar; zip closure up back

Empire waist, flares below empire waist, midi length

Great vintage condition, faint discoloration on some lace, a couple small/faint stains (pictured)
